Who is responsible.
Menexus GmbH, Sonnenbergstrasse 3, 8603 Schwerzenbach, Switzerland, is responsible for this website. Write to yves@menexus.net with any question about your data.
What this website does not do.
It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking. It has no accounts, and nothing on it sends what you type anywhere. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other websites.
What stays in your browser.
If you choose an appearance, such as dark or light, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the same next time. It is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser’s settings.
What our hosting provider processes.
To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data about each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser’s user agent. This can take place outside Switzerland, including in the United States. For the United States, Vercel Inc. is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Since 15 September 2024 the Swiss Federal Council has recognised that framework as providing adequate protection for personal data sent to certified U.S. companies. Vercel's certification was listed as active when we checked on 24 September 2026. We use this data only to operate and secure the site and do not combine it with other data.
Email you send us.
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply. Our email is handled by Google Workspace for menexus.net. Google may process it outside Switzerland, including in the United States. For the United States, Google LLC is certified under the same framework; its certification was listed as active when we checked on 24 September 2026.
Your rights.
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Write to yves@menexus.net. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes.
If this website ever adds analytics, forms or cookies, this notice will change first, and where consent is needed you will be asked before anything is set.
